Western Delta Watershed Plan

Ephriam and Associates, in partnership with Thompson Engineering (BBA Group) and Environmental Science and Associates, is leading the development of the Western Delta Watershed Management Plan as part of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program. As the lead environmental consulting firm, Ephriam and Associates is conducting a comprehensive assessment of the natural habitats within the ecosystems of the western delta watershed, focusing on sustainable solutions to preserve and enhance the region's ecological integrity.

City of Mobile - Cooper Riverside Park Redevelopment

Ephraim and Associates served as lead Environmental Review and Permitting Manager for Section 10 Rivers and Harbors Act, Section 408 Navigational Compliance Review and Alabama Department of Environmental Management Land Distance Certification and Alabama Coastal Area Management Planning for the demolition, reconstruction and Redevelopment for City of Mobile's Cooper Riverside Park - Convention Center. 

Port Saint Joseph Bay Water Quality & Sediment Sampling Study

Ephriam and Associates served as lead Sampling and Data Collection consultant for the Public Health assessment of deep-water habitats in St Joe Bay, Florida. Ephriam prepared the written analysis of collected samples and water meter readings relative to the viability of the Estuary health of St Joe Bay in preparation for a public facing document derived by Dewberry. 

City of Mobile Resiliency Plan 

Ephriam and Associates served as lead consultant for the City of Mobile's Resiliency Plan. Ephriam's role was primarily public engagement and outreach coordination throughout multiple business, educational, environmental, community and industrial sectors of society to ensure the purpose and value of Resiliency was understood, bought into and realized. Facilitating and categorizing input and planning strategies was a key skill set employed by Ephriam to the success of the plan for 2024.
